Delivery Time

The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

When we have the items of your order in stock it is dispatched quickly. In the UK we use Interlink or a courier, for exports we use a courier unless instructed otherwise. We send you an email when your order has been dispatched.


We will have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, delays due to courier companies, governmental actions and any other similar events.


We will not be liable, in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise out of or in connection with the conditions for:

Any economic losses (including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings); or Any loss of goodwill or reputation; or

Any special or indirect losses suffered or incurred by that party arising out of or in connection with the provisions of any matter under the Conditions.

Nothing in the Conditions will exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.


Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after order receipt date, as long as the items are in their original condition, with all tickets and tags attached. At Article 10. Ltd we offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of receiving the goods. In this instance all refunds exclude postage costs, unless a mistake has been made by us.


Only when you are happy, can we be. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return them for a refund (postage will not be refunded). No questions asked. Some small print: They need to be returned within 14 days and unworn, which is pretty standard stuff. Once the products arrive back with us your refund will be processed. Please note it can take up to 14-21 working days for the refund to reach your account.

Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Article 10. Ltd cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
